Cancellation policy

Some items in our shop may be offered as a subscription, pre order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription length and the frequency you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.
If you wish to cancel or modify your subscription, you can do so at any time. Order confirmation emails contain links to your order. From there you can manage your subscription.

Pre orders
When you purchase a pre order, you are buying a product that is out of stock or will be available soon, but is not yet in stock. We may take no payment or take a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and then take and collect the full payment or the remaining payment on a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre order that has not been prepared. If the order has already been prepared, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more information on returns and refunds.
Try before you buy
When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorise your payment method before order preparation. You will have a set period to decide whether you want to keep the item. Once the period has ended, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method the full amount.
