We offer exchanges and returns in all regions we ship to.

After processing the request, the refund is made immediately, with a shipping cost of €4.99 in the Peninsula and a variable cost for shipments outside the Peninsula or international, depending on the destination zone.

IT IS MANDATORY TO RETURN THE PRODUCT WITH TAGS.

During the Christmas period, for all orders placed from December 2nd, the return period is extended until January 12th.

As it is a delicate garment, you should hand wash it.

The washing machine can wear out the fabrics and details.

As for ironing, avoid the pocket area to ensure its preservation.

Sizes are indicated in each jeans section. We recommend selecting the customer's usual size, as, being low-rise, a too loose fit could cause them to not stay in place.

If you are in doubt between two sizes, it is preferable to choose the smaller one.

IN THE "NOT YOUR MUM'S OLD JEANS" COLLECTION:

Please note that black jeans run larger compared to blue ones.

• Mainland Spain: 48-72h
• Balearic Islands: 48-72h
• Canary Islands: 2-5 days
• Europe: 2-5 days
• USA: 3-7 days
• South America: 3-7 days

Restocks of limited edition collections are done every Sunday at 9:00 PM Spanish time (GMT +1).

Recurring products such as "Not your mum's old jeans" or complementary products are restocked periodically.
